HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A dump truck reportedly struck an overhead highway sign, prompting a traffic jam on Friday, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
The incident occured just after 3:00 p.m. in the area of Highway 17 bypass near Shetland Lane.
