More homes in Conway were sold during the first quarter of 2026 than during the same period in 2025, according to a market update from the SC Association of Realtors.
515 homes were sold in the Conway zip codes of 29526 and 29527 during the months of January through March, according to the report. Last year, only 472 homes were sold during the same period, representing 9.1% increase year over year.
