Atlantic Beach named Titus Leaks as interim town manager during a special session of the Town Council on Tuesday.
Leaks, who has been serving on the town staff as Business/Finance Manager and is an Atlantic Beach native, replaces Adrian Jones, who was fired by the council last week.
The vote was 4-0, with Mayor Jake Evans absent.
