HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A press conference regarding a lawsuit against the Horry County Police Department (HCPD) is set to take place on Thursday afternoon.
Former HCPD Captain Danny Furr is filing complaints against the department, Chief Kris Leondhardt, Captain Brandon Lee, Deputy Coroner Administrator Renee Hardwick and the former Deputy Chief Lance WinBurn, who recently announced his retirement.
