(WPDE) — New regulations for dogs on the beach begins on Friday.
From Friday, May 1 through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach and boardwalk between 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
However before or after that timeframe, dogs are allowed, but city officials say they must be leashed…
