WESTCHESTER, Ill. — All lanes of the Eisenhower near Westchester are currently shut down after a person died Thursday morning. A bomb squad is currently on the scene.
The incident happened between on the westbound Eisenhower near Mannheim Road and I-294 in Westchester at around 10:05 a.m.
A helicopter over the scene shows an SUV with blown out windows. The vehicle appears to be also missing its windshield.
Police did not say how the person died and are conducting a death investigation…
