Oswego residents received grocery tax rebates on their March utility bills as part of a broader first-quarter financial update presented to village trustees.
Finance Director Andrea Lamberg discussed the rebates during a Committee of the Whole meeting while reviewing the village’s operating funds, water and sewer finances, parking fund and water and sewer capital fund activity.
