Cawley Commercial Real Estate (Cawley CRE) completes the direct sale of a newly constructed Class-A maintenance facility at 1385 Joliet Road in Romeoville, Illinois.
The transaction was led by Cawley CRE’s Matt Garland, who represented both the buyer and the seller and played a role in every stage of the property’s evolution, from the original land sale through the facility’s ultimate disposition.
Several years ago, Garland brokered the sale of the four-acre land parcel to KAB Properties, recognizing the company’s vision and capability to develop the site into a modern industrial facility.
