Judge denies pre-trial release for man accused of torturing, kidnapping girlfriend

HANOVER PARK, Ill. (WGN) – A judge has denied pre-trial release for a Hanover Park man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting, beating and kidnapping his girlfriend.
