DUBUQUE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office says one person has died after a serious single-vehicle crash on Friday morning.
Gabriel Rodriguez Pina, 41, of Bloomingdale, Illinois, was one of the occupants in the vehicle located on First Street South under the Highway 20 overpass bridge.
