Let’s face it, the beginning of fall in Chicago still feels a lot like summer. Unfortunately many splash pads close on Labor Day, but we found quite a few splash pads still open in September! So check out this list of where to cool off.

Toucan’s Hideaway, the splash pad within Turtle Splash Water Park in West Chicago is open (and free!) on Tuesdays in September from 10am-6pm. You can access the splash pad by using the path on the west side of the waterpark and restrooms are available inside the ARC Center…
