The Oswego Police Department says a Chicago woman is under arrest following two incidents at a home in the 300 block of Risen Star Lane Sunday.
Police allege 23-year-old Esmeralda Rodriguez-Isaiz entered the home without permission around 12:30 p.m., stole items and damaged property.
