The Yorkville Police Department has identified three additional victims as part of its ongoing investigation into the unlawful recording of patrons at the Martini Banquet Hall during events held in 2023. The identifications were made with the assistance of our media partners and members of the public who responded to our request for information.
Investigators are actively working to establish the circumstances surrounding each identified incident. Charges will be filed if warranted by the evidence developed through the investigation.
