Joliet, IL – A new $25 million affordable housing development has officially opened in Joliet, bringing 48 supportive apartments to Will County women and families facing housing instability, including mothers recovering from opioid addiction.
According to the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), Hope Manor Village Joliet celebrated its grand opening with representatives from Volunteers of America of Illinois, Silver Cross Hospital, local government and community organizations.
