CHICAGO — Seven people were hospitalized following a crash Saturday night in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the city’s Northwest Side.

According to Chicago fire officials, the crash happened around 10 p.m. Saturday in the 4900 block of West Fullerton Avenue. Two people are in critical condition, two are in serious condition and three others are in good condition, according to officials.
