Unconfirmed reports indicate fatalities as gunfire erupts in Auto Parts Store incident
Reports indicate that multiple individuals have been shot in a violent exchange of gunfire outside a Dolton Illinois Autozone. While early reports remain unconfirmed, there are claims that at least three people have been killed during the incident.
Photos of the scene show cars in the store’s parking lot with bullet holes along with many evidence markers. The incident unfolded around 10:30 am local time, prompting a swift response from law enforcement. Several police cars and officers flooded the area, yet the circumstances leading to the gunfire remain unclear.
Authorities have cordoning off the area and closed surrounding streets. The Fire Department has dispatched crews to the scene, with multiple ambulances reportedly responding to attend to gunshot victims.
Despite the chaos, an AutoZone employee confirmed that no one inside the store sustained physical injuries. However, several indils have been transported to nearby hospitals in the aftermath of the incident.
