A traffic stop in Ottawa leads to the alleged discovery of a stolen vehicle. Police say they pulled over 36-year-old Robert Johnson of Joliet on Friday along Columbus Street. He was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and driving with a revoked license. Johnson was also found to be wanted on a Will County warrant for retail theft.
