CHICAGO — Chicago police issued a community alert Thursday after a man stole ten times from downtown department stores last month.
In each of the incidents, CPD said the man, 40-45 years old, 5’8-5’10” and 185-210 lbs., removed several items for sale.
He was wearing a gray pea coat, a black coat and a black leather jacket, according to surveillance images.
