CHICAGO – Prosecutors are accusing a Chicago man of carjacking two women at gunpoint in under an hour. Judge William Fahy detained Jaquan Dukes, 19, to await trial on two counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, saying that it’s too dangerous to release someone accused of committing two carjackings in 30 minutes.
