CHICAGO – The National Weather Service announced that it plans to eliminate the use of Wind Chill Advisories, Watches, and Warnings in Chicago; the general manager for the Chicago Sky spoke out about the team’s former head coach; and Chicago area residents were treated to a rare showing of the Northern Lights Thursday night.
