An Atlanta man has been arrested after being accused of secretly recording people in a women’s bathroom at the World Mission Society Church in Bloomingdale. 24 year old Ramon Ocho Garcia faces charges of unauthorized video recording of a person under 18 and unauthorized video recording without consent, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney.
