CHICAGO – An off-duty police officer was carjacked at gunpoint in Bucktown on Thursday evening. The 26-year-old officer was walking in the 1900 block of West Cortland when four armed men got out of a red sedan around 10:46 p.m., officials said. The hijackers took the man’s bag and his black 2014 Mercedes soft-top convertible. CPD said the victim was not injured.
