An Oswego woman was arrested early Tuesday morning after Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call in the area of Route 47 and Chicago Road in Lisbon Township at around 2:33 a.m. Deputies took 55-year-old Niki L. Norquist into custody for possession of a controlled substance. Norquist was taken to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville.
