A Hoffman Estates man is wanted in Grundy County after being indicted by a grand jury this week.
Alexandru Bulgaru was charged with two counts of Theft between $500 and $10,000, both class three felonies. The indictment shows the 35-year-old Bulgaru allegedly knowingly exerted unauthorized control over property at Tobacco and Cigars in Morris several times between January 31st and February 6th of this year.
The Morris Police Department said Bulgaru is accused of using fraudulent debit cards at the ATM inside the business and was able to obtain between $500 and $10,000…
