JV Tops Off Multi-Use Project in Suburban Chicago

The project is taking shape in one of the nation’s most competitive rental markets.

Bradford Allen and development partner Moceri + Roszak have topped off the first phase of Arlington Gateway, a mixed-use development in the northwest Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Ill. The master-planned project will be anchored by an eight-story, 301-unit multifamily community, which has 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Clark Construction is the general contractor for the initial phase of the Arlington Gateway development. Construction is expected to be complete by the first quarter of next year.

“We have been working closely with the Village of Arlington Heights for more than six years on setting the stage for even the possibility of developing here,” Brian Carley, executive managing director of development at Bradford Allen, told Multi-Housing News
