PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. — A missing Chicago man’s vehicle was found Tuesday morning in Palos Heights.
Joshua Blair, 37, of the 11400 block of Lothair in Chicago, found an unoccupied vehicle parked in the roadway in the 11800 block of South Harlem after 4 a.m.
A search by water and air was conducted by police and Blair has not been located yet…
