Joliet Police are investigating two shootings that occurred Thursday.
The first occurred just before 3:00pm in the 1700 block of Black Road. That’s where a 14-year-old was shot at by a passing car. During canvassing of the area, Police also found damage from the shooting on two cars and a garage.
The second occurred just after 10:45pm in the 700 block of Henry Street. There they found nearly 20 spent shell castings, but no damage to property…
