(CBS CHICAGO) Newly-released video shows the moment Chicago police removed a passenger from a flight at O’Hare International Airport in April moments before takeoff. They say the man had brought a loaded gun on board.
On the day of the incident on April 15, a TSA spokesperson said one of their officers detected an image of a firearm during screening. But before police could confiscate the gun, the passenger reached inside the X-ray machine, grabbed the bag, and left for his flight, the TSA said. A Chicago police report indicates it happened during a shift change for TSA officers.
