If you’re not familiar with the Illinois town of Naperville, I have one word to describe it: fancy. I think it could definitely be the next location for the reality show, “The Real Wives Of…” I have friends from high school who lived there, so I liked making fun of it.
A young family purchases a new house in Naperville. I remember those days. We didn’t own a lot of furniture, so we had to buy quite a bit for our home. This couple went out and ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture for their new place.
The delivery didn’t go as planned. I hate moving, but dealing with movers isn’t great either. I understand this guy’s pain. He hired a moving company, and they did a terrible job. The crew did a bunch of damage to this new home and furniture.
A massive argument started between the homeowner and the moving crew. Both sides threatened the other. The cops were called, and it started a whole blame game. I think everyone was lying. Since the movers called 911, they showed up at the residence with guns drawn, and the family was scared…
