Deputies wrangle loose cattle in unincorporated Maple Park

KANE COUNTY, Ill. — A search concluded in Kane County on Thursday morning after deputies successfully rounded up cattle that broke loose.

In a Facebook post shared early Thursday morning, deputies said they were working to capture several escaped cattle that broke free in unincorporated Maple Park.

Deputies said the group of red and black cattle had gotten loose in an area near Keslinger, Meredith and Watson Roads.
