It’s been a difficult year for grocery stores as they deal with higher food prices and changing customer behavior. That has caused several major chains to reduce their number of locations and that latest closures will affect many places in Illinois. USA Today is reporting that Kroger will close 60 underperforming grocery stores soon and that includes their Mariano’s brand, too. Here are the 4 that will close in August in Illinois.
