I’ve talked about it several times, how criminals in Illinois have no fear. They’re not afraid to commit a crime, steal, get arrested, run from the police, or break any laws. It’s pretty crazy to think about. It’s scary when someone has no remorse.
It almost seems to me that fugitives from the law in Illinois run from the police on purpose. I think it’s like a game for them. They love the thrill so much that they don’t mind taking the risk of getting busted because it’s too fun for them.
