On September 5, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., an Officer working a contract detail at Anthony’s Restaurant and Pub (3151 Voyager Lane), was notified by security regarding multiple subjects who were asked to leave the premises. When approached by the Officer, Jones refused to comply with instructions to leave. As the Officer attempted to escort him out, Jones began to physically resist. A second male subject then approached and pushed the Officer to interfere in the removal of Jones.
