MENASHA (WLUK) — One of Chicago’s most-wanted men was arrested in Menasha.
It began when the FBI Chicago Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force alerted the Menasha Police Department that a 23-year-old Illinois man wanted for first-degree murder in Cook County might be in the Menasha area. The suspect was ranked on Chicago’s “Top 10 Fugitives” list.
In the early morning hours Wednesday, Menasha police officers located the man in the 800 block of Plank Road and apprehended him without incident. He was booked at the Winnebago County Jail on outstanding warrants…
