Devion Smith (27, Joliet) has been arrested and charged with Armed Robbery and is currently being held at the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
Following an investigation of an armed robbery that took place at the Circle K gas station located at 2422 Route 59 during the early morning hours of September 13, 2025, Detectives were able to identify Smith as the suspect.
Smith was questioned by Joliet Police Detectives later that same morning on September 13, 2025, following his arrest for a similar armed robbery in Morris, but he invoked his right to an attorney. Detectives continued their investigation at that time…
