Families seek answers after loved ones detained by ICE agents in Chicago

As Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents continued to make arrests in Chicago and their loved ones pushed for answers, the head of U.S. Border Patrol announced his arrival on Thursday.

Chief Michael Banks posted videos on social media, showing him with ICE agents overnight. Later in the day, cell phone video sent to NBC Chicago showed Border Patrol boats going down the Chicago River downtown.
