Update: The juvenile has been found safe and returned to his family.
Oswego police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing/runaway juvenile. 16-year-old Hollman Ovallos was reported missing on Monday and was last seen in the 2000 block of Farmington Lakes Drive on September 19.
Ovallos is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall weighing around 200 pounds and having long black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and navy blue sweatpants but is believed to have returned home at some point to change clothes…
