Chicago Alderwoman Jessi Fuentes says she was handcuffed by ICE agents inside Humboldt Park Health after demanding they show a warrant.
It started when immigration agents reportedly chased a man who ended up injured with a broken leg and was brought to the hospital. Fuentes rushed there, pressing the agents to prove they had the legal authority to detain him. Instead of producing a warrant, she says the agents cuffed her on the spot.
