Protesters and federal authorities clash in Aurora

Protesters and federal immigration authorities (ICE) clashed in Aurora on Thursday, resulting in at least one arrest. Video appears to show a person breaking the window of a vehicle before being arrested by Aurora police.

Aurora police said a crowd had gathered around federal agents near New York and North Madison streets around 10:26 a.m. Police say they were present to ensure the situation did not escalate.

A larger crowd gathered at the same location later that night. Police asked people to stay away but later reported that the crowd had dispersed…
