Mendota police served a warrant on a resident over the weekend. On Sunday night at about 10, officers arrested 43-year-old Timothy Donka. He’s alleged to have failed to appear in court in Will County to address a charge of retail theft. Donka was taken to the Mendota Police Department and released with a notice to appear in Will County on Friday morning.
