Local police were called to a quiet neighborhood in Joliet. Apparently, a young man was driving down the block when a man armed with a machete started attacking his vehicle. After the cops arrested the suspect, they asked him why he did it. He answered that the driver’s headlights were shining into his bedroom windows.
