A live bullet was found inside a northwest suburban high school this week, prompting an early dismissal and canceled activities as authorities worked to investigate.
About 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, a student at Rolling Meadows High School reported to staff that a live bullet had been found within the school building, the Rolling Meadows Police Department said in a release.
