Will County, IL – The Will County Sheriff’s Office announced results from its fall enforcement campaign, revealing nine impaired driving arrests and dozens of citations issued during a two-week safety effort aimed at reducing roadway crashes and impaired driving incidents.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the Halloween enforcement period resulted in 25 speeding citations, six uninsured motorist citations, three suspended or revoked driver’s license arrests, and 35 additional violations. The crackdown was part of Illinois’ broader “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” and “Drive High. Get a DUI” campaigns, which ran from October 24 through November 3, 2025…
