Police: Cook County Duo Arrested An Hour After Chicago Carjacking

A pair of suburban men are facing felony charges after police say they stole a car from a man in the city and were apprehended about an hour later on a Chicago-area highway.

Chicago police identified the suspects as Macharion Autry Moore, 24, of Park Forest, and Davion Riggins, 25, of Chicago Heights.

According to investigators, the men grabbed a vehicle by force from a 32-year-old man on Wednesday in the 4800 block of South Cornell Ave. on Chicago’s South Side.
