Noise complaint leads to two gun arrests in Oswego

A noise complaint for loud music led to two arrests on gun charges in Oswego Monday.

The Oswego Police Department says 19-year-old Tytis Givan of Oswego and Tyrell Mays of Montgomery are both charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
