Kankakee man faces possible life sentence in Oswego Chick-fil-A killing

The man accused of murdering one man and attacking another at an Oswego Chick-fil-A in October could be facing life in prison if convicted.

According to the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office, 19-year-old Darryl Lee of Kankakee is facing multiple first-degree charges with a possible life sentence.

Counts 1–3 of the nineteen charges are first-degree murder and carry possible sentences of 20 to 60 years. Counts 4–8 are also first-degree murder and carry a possible life sentence. Count 9 is attempted first-degree murder, which carries 6 to 30 years in prison…
