On November 25, 2025, the DuPage County Board approved its Fiscal Year 2026 budget. The budget totals $661.5 million. The property tax rate will remain flat. Homeowners with a $350,000 property will pay about $129 in county taxes in 2026.
Board Chair Deborah Conroy said the budget balances fiscal responsibility and community needs. The budget includes $18.1 million for the DuPage Sustainability Initiative. This initiative supports food security, housing, and sustainability programs.
