THOUSANDS of American motorists are at risk of being slapped with hefty fines as winter weather returns yet again.
Many United States drivers have already found this out for themselves, being forced to pay $150 just to get their car back after violating new winter parking laws.
The overnight parking ban officially went into effect on December 1, catching many American drivers off guard.
