Oswego man arrested in Sandwich home-invasion

An Oswego man is under arrest for allegedly forcing his way into a woman’s home in Sandwich on Sunday and beating her.

The Sandwich Police Department says U.S. Marshals on Wednesday arrested 32-year-old Samuel Miller at his home in Oswego. He’s charged with home invasion, aggravated domestic battery, and criminal trespass to a residence.

Miller was booked at the Sandwich Police Department and then taken to the DeKalb County Jail in Sycamore. Police say more charges are pending…
