18-year-old Jalen Davis of Joliet has been charged with Aggravated Robbery.
On December 15, 2025, at 3:05 p.m., Officers responded to O’Reilly Auto Parts in the 300 block of Collins Street for a report of a robbery. Responding Officers were told that the male robbery suspect implied that he had a firearm.
Upon arrival, Officers learned that a man was seen inside of the store. When an employee asked him if he needed assistance, he allegedly told the employee that he had a gun and lifted his pant leg to show the employee an ankle monitor that he was wearing.
